Who We Are — hi7 apk— the story behind it and our promise to you

How hi7 apk Got Started

When hi7 apk launched in 2020, it had one goal: to create a reliable, easy-to-use online betting experience built for people in Bangladesh. At the time, many international platforms were available in the country, but none of them truly fit the local reality. No Bangla interface, no easy payments via bKash or Nagad, and no thought given to mobile data limitations. hi7 apk stepped in to fill that gap.

Our team was small in the beginning, but the vision was clear. Cricket is Bangladesh's national passion, and hi7 apk launched its first service built around it. Offering the best odds on every Bangladesh national team match and guaranteeing fast payouts — those two commitments defined us from day one.

Five years on, hi7 apk has grown into one of Bangladesh's leading online betting platforms — with over 500,000 registered users, 30+ sports, Live Casino, and now a mobile APK, forming a complete ecosystem. But the core philosophy has never changed: users come first.

Built Around Bangladesh

When building hi7 apk, we kept Bangladesh's everyday realities front and center. Most people here browse the internet on their phones, 4G coverage isn't available everywhere, and not everyone is comfortable with card-based payments — bKash and Nagad are simply where people feel at home.

That's why hi7 apk's payment system was built around bKash, Nagad, and Rocket from day one. Deposits start from as low as ৳500 — a deliberate design choice, because we know many users can't keep large amounts tied up at once. Deposits and withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Win a bet at 3 AM? You won't have to wait until morning to access your funds — that's our commitment.

Security Is Our Top Priority

Handling money on an online platform is a sensitive matter — and hi7 apk understands that. Our entire transaction system is secured with SSL 256-bit encryption. We never share any user's personal information with third parties. Two-Factor Authentication is available on all accounts and can be enabled at any time. The mobile APK also supports biometric login, adding an extra layer of security.

We believe transparency is the foundation of trust. hi7 apk's odds-setting methodology, payout rates, and game RTP figures are all publicly available. No hidden fees, no surprise rule changes — and if anything does change, users are notified in advance.

Responsible Gaming — We Don't Just Talk About It, We Back It Up

Betting should be fun, not a burden — that's a core principle at hi7 apk. That's why we've built several tools directly into the platform. You can set deposit limits to cap your monthly spending at a fixed amount. The self-exclusion feature lets you pause your account for a set period whenever you need a break. Reality check reminders notify you every hour so you always know how long you've been playing.

We know that offering these tools comes at some cost to our revenue. But we believe that fostering a healthy, mindful betting culture will build even greater long-term trust in hi7 apk — and that belief drives our approach. Responsible gaming isn't a marketing tagline for us; it's a genuine commitment.

Our Support Team

Hi7 apk's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We're proud to offer support in Bangla — and you'll always speak with a real person, never an automated bot. Live chat responses typically come within two minutes. For more complex issues, email us with the details and you'll hear back within 24 hours.

Our support team members are cricket and football fans themselves, so when you have a betting question, you get more than just technical help — you get someone who understands the game. That human touch is what sets hi7 apk apart.

Going forward, hi7 apk plans to roll out more advanced analytics tools, broader coverage of local events, and deeper integration with Bangladesh's sports ecosystem. Our goal is for every Bangladeshi bettor to feel that hi7 apk is their own platform — one that was built with them in mind.
